ABOUT ME
My name is Benjie; my friends and family call me Benj. I would describe myself as a very caring and sensitive person. I like genuine people, in fact I would say that I need to be with a very genuine person who is comfortable being themselves. I am not a gregarious person who is good in crowds – much prefer to spend time with someone one2one or in small groups. I live in West Sussex, where I grew up. I love animals and am always helping my family with their four dogs, dozens of chickens and many rabbits. I love animals and the person who I am with would need to love animals. I believe in kindness and trust. I have had an interesting carreer to date, involving use of some individual skills that I have (I’ll tell you if we meet!) but now I work as a helper for the elderly for a Private Health Company. This gives me so much satisfaction as it lovely to interact with people who are often lonely and ignored and to see the look on their faces when I take the time and effort to show an interest. It is a job that really resonates with who I am. So, that is me – I would not describe myself as the most dynamic or extrovert person – if you are looking for a loud, super-confident and boisterous person, then that is not me. But I think I am someone who is attentive, loving and loyal and I am looking for someone who might share the same interests as me and enjoys the simple things in life. I love Disney films because of the magical theme and the fairytale ending .
